Key System Architect

Job Summary:

We seek an expert system architect who can utilize their skills to develop solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client's technical infrastructure and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide high-level technical support, resolve complex issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Engage with clients to identify their technical needs, offer guidance on security protocols, and provide training on endpoint management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective resolutions and drive innovation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity space.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in system architecture, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
