Job Title: Salesforce Administrator & Configuration Specialist

About this role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator & Configuration Specialist to manage, configure and optimize our Salesforce platform.

This position requires immediate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles and permissions in Salesforce.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts and Process Builder.
  • Perform data imports, updates and ensure data quality using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow and Approval Processes.
  • Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow and Validation Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
  • Proficient in building reports and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Prior experience with cloud-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of integration with other software applications.
