Cloud Expert Opportunity

A highly skilled Salesforce professional is sought to drive best practices and configurations in the automotive/manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on SFDC – Sales and Service Cloud.

  • Experience in requirement analysis, BRD preparation, and functional design documentation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of the automotive/manufacturing domain and strong experience in SFDC – Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong functional experience in sales, service, marketing cloud functional areas of SFDC.
  • Suggesting Salesforce solutions to customers and expertise in building E2E test scenarios by discussing with business SMEs and SFDC dev teams.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or similar roles.
  • Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console is preferred.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with interpersonal presentation skills and ability to analyze requirements effectively. We are looking for a long-term partnership.
