Job Opportunity: Technical Architect in Health Cloud and Life Sciences

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, cloud technologies, and data governance policies to design and implement robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using Life Sciences Cloud features, Apex programming, LWC creation, SOQL, SOSL, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Develop expertise in Einstein's AI, Data Cloud, and established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Maintain effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences Cloud, including clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
  • Experience with designing and managing data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
  • Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks and develop solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Heroku integration and Salesforce Shield security.
  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and customization experience in classic.
  • Health insurance domain knowledge.
