Job Opportunity: Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to drive requirements gathering, solution design and client education for a leading healthcare client.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops with clients to gather and document requirements.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models and workflows.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HealthCloud features.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  • Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in implementing HealthCloud solutions as a Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows including screening, primary care and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Certification is preferred.

About the Role:

This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare business needs and how to align them with Salesforce HealthCloud capabilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
