Salesforce Innovation Specialist

The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of Salesforce CRM, with a strong focus on technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with a minimum of 5 years as a Technical Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds, with a focus on delivering exceptional technical results and innovative solutions.
- Drive business discussions through workshops with business and IT teams, ensuring consensus and alignment.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to design and build custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
- Maintain a sound understanding of the Lead to Cash Process, Exposure to Business Change Management, and Agile Methodology.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem (6-8 years).
- Hands-on experience in Lightening Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration.
- In-depth understanding of Product & Pricing modelling/configuration, CPQ Approvals, Data migration, Quote to cash process, approval flows, and Order & Billing Process.
