Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a senior QA automation engineer with expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, experience with Salesforce and nCino, and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • This role involves designing and implementing test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications, creating and executing automation test scripts, and collaborating with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • The successful candidate will perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including loan origination, credit memo, collateral, covenant tracking, deposit account opening, and workflow automation.
  • Additionally, the engineer will validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems, ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing, and define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have:
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
