We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Expert to manage digitalization in the commercial area and support the business to define and describe exact needs in a systematic and structured way.

  • Project Management / digitalization in the commercial area
  • Create book of requirements / change requests document according to business needs
  • Support business to define and describe exact needs
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals and manage vendors technical answers
  • Prepare, organize and facilitate workshops
  • Perform gap analysis between requirement and solution
  • Design and document business process including solution
  • Align business processes across agencies
  • Manage project delivery team in developing and implementing applications
  • Collaborate with technical demand teams and business change managers
  • Prepare key user training
  • Manage user acceptance and smooth rollout of applications
  • Create and execute rollout plan
  • Watch emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them when relevant

All activities must be handled in full compliance with IT General Compliance rules and SOX rules applied in the organization.

We require a highly skilled professional with extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, strong focus on Sales and Service Cloud, and migrating legacy systems to Salesforce.

  • BE/BTech/Any Master's Degree
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning flows, SOQL, and Salesforce Integration tools
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Migration
  • Experience in working with Manufacturing industry requirements or similar complex industries
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications are highly preferred
  • Salesforce Experience of 4-6 years
