Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

About the Role:

The Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for championing digital transformation initiatives, developing measurement frameworks, and leading cross-functional collaboration to drive progress on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion Digital Transformation: Develop and execute strategies that drive impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience.
  • Develop Measurement Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to assess and drive progress on high-priority projects.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among teams to address challenges and ensure seamless stakeholder alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree: In Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: In technology project management or delivery management, including 4+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Transformation Experience: Proven experience in transformation initiatives, including people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business and technology acumen, with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Product Team Practices: Experience working in product development teams.
  • Matrixed Team Experience: Experience leading matrixed teams.
