Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Content Strategist & Solutions Content Lead to join our team.

This role requires a strategic thinker with high-caliber content development capabilities, capable of delivering impactful, research-driven content that aligns with our business philosophy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-performance B2B/B2C content within technology, consulting, and vertical-specific domains including retail, manufacturing, engineering, pharma, BFSI, and education.

You will be instrumental in developing comprehensive content strategies that showcase our solutions, demonstrate thought leadership, and support client growth objectives.

This is a client-facing, fast-paced role demanding technical expertise, creative storytelling, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with our marketing consulting team to produce high-quality content seamlessly integrating the latest tech tools and human insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies supporting clients' offerings, automation solutions, and marketing objectives.
  • Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, infographics, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
  • Produce authoritative thought leadership pieces, ghostwritten articles for CXOs, and executive content positioning clients as industry pioneers.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard content for long-form articles, podcasts, corporate videos, webinars, and multimedia assets aligned with our focus on automation and digital transformation.
  • Develop compelling marketing assets like campaign landing pages, service portfolios, solution kits, brochures, and info-graphics to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Leverage industry data, market research, and emerging tech trends to produce credible, relevant, and future-ready content.
  • Integrate marketing automation tools, AI-driven content platforms, and analytics to produce high-quality content swiftly and efficiently.
  • Use SEO and analytics tools to track engagement, optimize for discoverability, and measure impact.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5-6 years of experience in strategic content development within tech, consulting, or marketing automation domains.
  • Diverse portfolio demonstrating high-impact content across formats and industries.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset.

About This Role:

This is a full-time position based at our office with limited WFH flexibility if required. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday.

Immediate onboarding is preferred.
