Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Content Management Strategist to lead the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM FileNet and a solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles.
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies.
