Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled content strategist to help us drive our marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming a leading home decor destination.

Our online catalogue enables us to understand design trends in real-time and work directly with manufacturers to launch new collections at speed. This has allowed us to deliver significantly better prices and consistent, standardized service across every order.

We're looking for a creative and ambitious individual who can help us develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with company vision.
  • Hone and enhance the brand voice and identity, ensuring all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Integrally work with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content, using data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in marketing or content production.
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
