Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

  • Mentoring consultants to ensure effective work delivery.
  • Managing large customer portfolios through optimal solution design and implementation.
  • Leading the implementation cycle from start to finish.
  • Developing business requirements documents and project plans with stakeholders to achieve successful implementations.
  • Closely working with business analysts to configure product suites for customer accounts.
  • Creating engagement strategies, identifying critical success criteria, and developing action plans.
  • Collaborating with internal resources to meet customer needs and project timelines.
  • Ensuring quality delivery using standard testing methods.
  • Translating technical requirements into business documents and preparing test scripts.
  • Overseeing overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer relationships.
  • Fostering best practices by combining product consulting with business consulting expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to communicate with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Experience handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of business processes, system development, and process improvements.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Expertise in modelling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and integration touch points.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
