Revenue Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Data Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic pricing platform and drive revenue growth in the vacation rental industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies using industry-leading tools.
  • Market Research: Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to inform revenue decisions.
  • Performance Dashboards: Design and implement performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance property performance and alignment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical mindset, experience with business intelligence tools, and familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
