Reservation Expert

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to manage our reservations process. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

• Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with established policies.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
• Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work remotely.
