About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Nandesai branch and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the branch.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and operations staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction to foster loyalty and long-term business partnerships.
  • Manage Budget & Finance: Oversee the branch's financial targets and resource allocation to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all branch operations adhere to industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12-15 years of experience: In a managerial role within Chemical Manufacturing, Industrial Gases, or related industries.
  • Relevant education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. A Master's degree in Business Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills: Ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance in a branch or regional setting.
  • Strong sales acumen: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth industry knowledge: Understanding of the chemical manufacturing or industrial gases industry, including market dynamics and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills: Ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills: Building client relationships and managing team interactions.
