HR Transformation Leader
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Human Resources and Administration functions.
To succeed, you will require a strong background in Human Resources, with a minimum of 20 years of experience, including 5 years at a managerial level. You will have sound knowledge of employment ordinances and statutory requirements, as well as prior experience in Data Center / Telecom fields.
This leadership position requires exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Establishing HR and Office Administration strategies and policies
- Managing and monitoring HR & Admin strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company vision and goals
- Talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives
- Designing and executing performance management systems that drive productivity
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
- Managing HR budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations
As a strategic business partner to senior leadership, you will provide guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and talent management. You will also oversee the HR & Admin team to ensure daily operations comply with labor ordinance and company policies.
