Human Resource Business Partner Job

The role of HR Business Partner involves leading HR operations for a branch, overseeing all HR activities, and supporting business partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently resolve employee queries and concerns while tracking resolutions within agreed timelines.
  • Evaluate compliance with labor laws and organizational policies to ensure strict adherence.
  • Implement and enforce disciplinary measures and code of conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track progress while ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
  • Promote employer brand presence through branding and intelligence initiatives.
  • Evaluate adherence to security, zero tolerance, and learning policies within the business.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in Shivamogga and adapt to shifting or rotational schedules within 24/7 work hours.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.
