We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead our HR function in the Asia-Pacific region. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives, shape HR capabilities, and contribute to our company's growth.

Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the HR agenda across India, UAE, and Mauritius. Your primary objective will be to ensure alignment with business priorities while strengthening core HR practices such as hiring, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Group HR to deliver group-wide programs in areas such as leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and internal mobility.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including senior-level hiring and vendor oversight.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local HR resources to enhance on-the-ground delivery and capability.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
