About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development efforts in the Karnataka region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing aggressive growth strategies, driving business expansion through customer acquisition and market penetration, leading and mentoring a sales and service team, and building strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Strategy – Develop and execute plans to achieve order intake targets across all product segments.
  • Sales & Market Development – Drive business growth by acquiring new customers, appointing dealers, and increasing market share.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and service team.
  • Customer & Dealer Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Commercial & Financial Management – Manage commercial terms, tendering, and contract processes.
