Job Description:

The role of the Sales and Marketing Executive Intern provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in event sales and marketing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching potential clients and business opportunities within the events industry.
  • Engaging with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Assisting in preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Maintaining regular communication with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for both sales and marketing.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media content, and email campaigns, to promote our events and services.
  • Assisting in managing social media accounts, including creating posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on lead generation, client interactions, and marketing activities.
