Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.

About the Role:

  • Lead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement high-impact incentive compensation solutions.
  2. Leverage expertise in sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design to drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and incentive compensation.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
