Job Summary

Compensation and Benefits Specialist Role Overview

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of competitive and compliant salary structures, ensuring timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, and maintaining 100% compliance with Indian labor laws.

  • Develop and maintain compensation programs aligned with business goals, monitor performance-linked incentive plans, and forecast compensation costs to prepare budgets for salary revisions and benefit enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Finance teams to ensure seamless communication, implement and maintain transparent job evaluation and grading frameworks, and support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
  • Lead the compensation revision process post-annual performance reviews, utilizing data analysis and market research to make informed decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
  • 8-11 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits with a strong understanding of Indian statutory labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors preferred), as well as expertise in salary benchmarking and job grading methodologies.

  • Job Evaluation and Grading, Payroll Management and Taxation, Salary Benchmarking and Market Analysis, Statutory Compliance and Audits, Data Analysis (MS Excel, Power BI preferred).
