We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Specialist to spearhead our global compensation and benefits initiatives.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to leverage their expertise in designing, implementing, and managing country-specific benefit plans that align with market practices, business objectives, and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute compliant benefit strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective compensation and benefits programs that meet organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with local brokers, vendors, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions on compensation and benefits.
Requirements:- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a dedicated compensation and benefits role within an international rewards team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong customer focus with excellent service skills.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and initiative.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
