Global Benefits Specialist Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of global benefits modules in SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing impactful solutions for global organizations and possess strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
What You Bring:
  • Experience with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in global benefits.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).
