Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Module: Based on business requirements, configure and implement the Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module to ensure seamless integration of benefits processes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform System Testing: Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation to ensure a smooth process.
  • Develop Documentation: Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users to ensure they have the necessary information to perform their tasks.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies by implementing processes that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations to ensure the long-term success of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.
  • Technical Solution Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Oracle Certification Preferred: Oracle certification preferred but not required.
