Job Title: Experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in technical and functional areas.

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS. They should have a deep understanding of process flows, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM. Additionally, they should be proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

In the technical side, the candidate should have expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula. They should also have strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and possess knowledge on SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.

As an experienced consultant, you will provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area. You will be able to lead teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud tools
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and EBS
