About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global compensation strategy, driving consistency and fairness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and market best practices.
  • Design and manage differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  • Establish a job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Administer global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness while meeting employee needs and organizational objectives.
  • Provide analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions.
  • Maintain and update compensation-related reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits leadership, preferably in a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing global compensation frameworks, job architecture, and rewards strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in creating high-level presentations for executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with global compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
