Job Overview:

Focusing on optimizing workforce compensation, we seek a highly skilled Cloud Compensation Planning Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement enhancements and configure business process analysis for the Oracle Cloud Compensation application.
  • Execute end-to-end implementation of Annual Workforce Compensation plans globally.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements.
  • Resolve issues during CRPs and UAT, ensuring accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables.
  • Provide support on WFA-related issues and work with the technical team to resolve any post-annual campaign issues.

We are looking for a professional with expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation applications, experience with cloud-based compensation systems, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze complex business processes and develop solutions to optimize compensation planning.
