As a Key Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading recruitment efforts and managing a team of operation executives. This position involves coordinating with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality results while ensuring effective communication among team members.

  • Talent Acquisition and Staffing: Develop end-to-end recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes to meet operational needs, and implement sourcing tactics to attract top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding and Induction: Oversee smooth onboarding processes, coordinate induction programs for new hires, and ensure compliance with company policies during onboarding.
  • HR Operations Management and Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR workflows including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans, and address performance-related issues effectively.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, resolve employee grievances and conflicts, and plan employee engagement activities.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs based on operational goals, coordinate training sessions and skill development programs, and track training effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Statutory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, prepare regular HR reports for management review, and maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Implement and update HR policies and procedures, communicate policies effectively to all employees, and monitor adherence and recommend improvements.
  • Candidate Experience and Client Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients, acquire new requirements from clients, and deliver exceptional results.
