Job Role: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role is to source and acquire top talent across the globe, connecting clients with skilled employees through a range of channels.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive process improvement, manage job adverts, and screen candidate applications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job listings on various platforms, creating engaging content to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies using LinkedIn and other social media channels to identify and engage with potential hires.
  • Design and implement screening processes, including technical assessments, video interviews, and evaluation criteria.
  • Review and assess candidate applications, ensuring they meet client requirements.
  • Perform background checks on shortlisted candidates, maintaining confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed candidate profiles and present them to clients for approval.
  • Establish relationships with key partners, such as universities and institutions, to promote employer branding and secure top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously refining recruitment processes to optimize results.
Requirements:
  • A strong systems thinking mindset, enabling creative problem-solving and effective process design.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or scale-up setting.
