We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team.
About the Role- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing top talent from diverse sources, including referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.
- They will create effective job descriptions in collaboration with stakeholders and department heads.
- The ideal candidate will source potential candidates through online channels or consultants, plan interview and selection procedures, and manage the offer process.
- They will facilitate the induction, onboarding, and joining process of new employees.
- Recruitment life cycle management, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to create engaging job descriptions and develop recruitment strategies.
- Management of the offer process, including negotiations and employee onboarding.
- Support of HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- MBA in Human Resources (Regular) with 3-5 years of experience in generalist HR and talent acquisition.
- Exposure to HR Operations is required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in creating engaging job descriptions, and have experience with talent acquisition software.
They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
