Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-driven and motivated, and have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and job specifications.
  • Analyze current and future hiring needs and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
  • Write and post clear, concise, and attractive job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Ensure that job postings align with the company's brand and hiring goals.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial screenings, including phone interviews, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual with a 'never say die' attitude.
  • Recruitment experience is a plus.
