Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes for various departments.

About This Role:

  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  4. Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  5. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  7. Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  8. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  9. Ensure recruitment policies comply with labor laws and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
