Elite Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned talent acquisition professional to drive innovative hiring strategies, source top talent, and elevate recruitment productivity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging AI tools, building creative sourcing strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence in TA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing elite hiring plans, mapping new talent pools, and leveraging data insights to inform decision-making. They will also work closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.

This role requires a go-getter mindset, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to thrive under competitive market conditions. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about transforming recruitment delivery through innovation and technology.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
