Job Title: Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions, enhancing our organization's competitive edge.
  • Align recruitment practices with organizational goals and workforce planning, ensuring seamless integration of talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and engagement through strong talent practices, promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, across all roles and positions, ensuring timely closure of critical positions.
  • Handle multiple searches simultaneously, leveraging technology and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance quality of hire and drive business results, utilizing data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, or equivalent, with a strong background in recruitment/ talent acquisition at the corporate level.
  • At least 10–12 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, with prior experience in the philanthropic/ social sector an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job boards.
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, driving data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
