Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and rating agencies, to secure project financing.
  • Negotiate competitive loan terms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to inform leadership decisions.

As a Chief Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development of financial strategies for renewable energy projects, including capital structuring and fund-raising. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate loan terms, oversee working capital management, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Additionally, you will support mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities, and provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of financial markets and regulations.
