Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our company's financial accounts, compliance, taxation, and audits. With 34 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA), you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who can handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities, ensuring timely statutory filings and maintaining the highest standards of financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards (AS) applicable to private limited companies.
  • Accounting Process Management: Handle complete accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Oversee GST computations and compliances.
  • External Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities for financial and tax-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST.
  • Accounting Experience: Experience with ledger scrutiny and hands-on involvement in end-to-end accounting.
  • Audit and Compliance: Exposure to internal audit and statutory compliance processes.
