Key Account Manager Opportunity

Drive business growth by originating new opportunities within the SME and infrastructure sectors through direct sourcing and open market channels. Ensure timely resolution of Post Disbursement Documents, deferrals, and compliance requirements to maintain a strong credit portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Originate new business opportunities and manage proposals through the entire credit cycle from origination to disbursement.
  • Acquire new SME customers and achieve targeted New-to-Business (NTB) acquisition numbers.
  • Engage with existing SME clients to identify new business opportunities and generate incremental revenue.
  • Cross-sell a range of retail banking products to SME clients to maximize revenue per customer.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in SME customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of credit underwriting, lending products, and banking compliance.
  • Ability to drive business through cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory norms and portfolio monitoring tools.
