Customer Support Team Lead Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our customer support team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, monitoring performance, guiding team members, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in a positive work environment.

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in managing teams, providing feedback and coaching, developing processes, and analyzing customer feedback for process improvements.

About This Role

  • Manage a team of customer support specialists to ensure they deliver excellent customer service by monitoring calls, emails, and chat interactions and provide guidance and feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the customer support team.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the customer support process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including the ability to make decisions under pressure.
