We are seeking an experienced Customer Support professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on our app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process and app navigation, ensuring seamless user journeys.
  • Maintain a professional tone while handling escalations and complaints, providing empathetic solutions.
  • Collect feedback from customers and report recurring issues to improve the app experience.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a calm and patient approach.
  • Knowledge of English is a must, with Hindi and Telugu being a plus.
