The role of a Service Desk Analyst is critical in ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

Job Description

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for handling escalated calls from the L1 team with high efficiency and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs of ticket volume and time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high efficiency in handling escalated calls from the L1 team.
  • Resolve tickets within agreed SLAs of ticket volume and time.
  • Adhere to quality standards (voice and accent, Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through defined resolution rates and minimum average handling times (AHT), rejected resolutions or reopen cases.

This role requires strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with international voice support experience, hands-on experience in mobility-related applications and desktop/general system issues, and good experience in troubleshooting Outlook, VPN, Citrix, and VDI-related issues.

In-depth knowledge of MS Office/O365 is essential, and experience in telecom is an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The selected candidate must have excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

  • International voice support experience
  • Hands-on experience in mobility-related applications and desktop/general system issues
  • Good experience in troubleshooting Outlook, VPN, Citrix, and VDI-related issues
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office/O365
  • Experience in telecom
