About the Role:

3. Vendor Coordination: The Technical Support Specialist will coordinate with vendors to obtain hardware quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure efficient supply chain management.
4. Performance Monitoring: This role involves monitoring team performance, submitting regular reports, and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
