The role of the Senior Solutions Support Specialist is pivotal in driving efficiency through continuous improvement efforts within the Distribution & Wholesale product group. This support specialist will work in tandem with Business to Business (B2B) business partners to identify, analyze, and document business processes and technical requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Process Improvement: Pro-actively participate in the Distribution & Wholesale product group adhering to the Agile methodology to facilitate continuous improvements.
- Solution Design and Documentation: Identify, analyze, and document business processes and technical requirements ensuring that new solutions are clearly documented.
- Subject Matter Expert Training: Ensure that Subject Matter Experts are adequately trained on new solutions.
- End-user Support: Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU (business as usual) issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience required in Distribution and Wholesale sales.
- Skills: Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry preferred.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Experience gathering business requirements and delivering technical business solutions.
- ERP Applications: Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, including business documentation, such as business process documents, technical specifications, and training documents, with both technical and non-technical teams.
