Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our customers.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Document and track customer interactions using ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification.
  • 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk.
