Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional support services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the Implementation team to guarantee seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between end-users and engineers.
  • Be proficient in SQL or database skills, with excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Holding experience with JIRA, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM tools is highly valued.
  • Showcase problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess detail orientation and analytical mindset.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of web standards is beneficial.
  • A good understanding of APIs is advantageous.
  • The ability to read and write scripts is desired.
  • Solid communication, listening, and English writing skills are essential.
