Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing top-notch customer service.

  • Fundamental knowledge of Google Workspace (GWS) and experience in technical trouble shooting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good typing speed of 30 to 50 WPM.
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education.
  • Flexibility with night shifts & rotation shifts.
  • Candidates must have registered EPs.
  • Valid copy of TCS application form during the drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Google Workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical trouble shooting for Google Workspace (GWS).
  • Knowledge of industry standard ticketing tools and ITIL framework.
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.
