Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for retention, renewals, and referrals of students, engaging and preserving existing customers, and cultivating profitable relationships via calls and messages.

  • To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be able to maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Possess strong English communication and written skills.
  2. A background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  3. Experience in Edtech B2C sales or a similar industry is an advantage.
  4. You should be a self-learner with a high grasping ability and be able to learn about the product & services within a short period.
