Livelihood Program Center Manager

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Center Manager.
As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing our resources, staff, and local partners to ensure the full offer of our Livelihood program is available to youth in the district. This involves leading a staff team delivering the program at district level, achieving targets at each stage of intervention, and supporting frontline staff to complete comprehensive needs assessments with youth.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of management information systems and computer skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage people and time effectively. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude, with a willingness to use your own initiative to solve problems on the ground. You will also need to be well-organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to collect and process delivery evidence and data in line with key performance indicators for the program.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. A graduation in any stream is also required.
