Lead Operational Excellence at our IVF Centers

We are seeking a highly skilled Center Manager to drive operational and financial success at our IVF centers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving financial targets, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget planning and performance monitoring in line with corporate objectives
  • Achieving financial and operational targets through effective leadership and process optimization
  • Monitoring revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key results areas (KRAs)
  • Leading cost optimization initiatives and ensuring compliance with medico-legal requirements
  • Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing medical records, and maintaining audit readiness
  • Escalating operational issues and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
  • Liaising with sales and marketing teams for brand visibility and local market expansion
  • Collaborating with the corporate management information system (MIS) team on monthly profit and loss statements
  • Driving patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, Contribution Margin)
  • Customer satisfaction focus (NPS 90%) and retention expertise
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements
  • Process-driven approach with attention to detail
